	13/09/2005 Global Public Policy Conference (GPPC) 2005 GPPC 2005 was held from the 13 - 15 September at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. With over 400 distinguished delegates representing approximately 32 countries attending the conference, it was a very lively and memorable affair.
